Step 01

Framing Second to the foundation, framing is a most crucial phase of the construction process. Wood frames and steel beams are installed to support the building and set the groundwork for the rest of the project. The framing completes the building’s skeleton, with columns, beams, and slabs in place. For this project we made the fraiing for the windows and doors leavign the structure ready for the next phase for coverage with plywood.

Step 02

Coverage with Plywood Next in the commercial building construction sequence is the masonry work. The material used for the building exterior is determined by the architect, we used plywood for this project, so we prepared all the estrutural coverage of plywood leaving the building ready for roofing and electrical phase.

Step 03

Roofing Roofing is the next step in a commercial building construction sequence, once the basic structure is complete. Roofing will provide protection of the interior work from weather elements that could cause damage and disruption to the project. During this step, contractors will work on other components to complete the building’s exterior.

Step 04

Final Process: The final elements of a building project include the installation of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system and other work performed in the building’s interior. When flooring is added and insulation, drywall, and ceilings are installed, the construction is nearly complete. The final finish typically executed is painting.
